How to Access Services
If you or someone that you know requires in-home services, the process is simple. Call our office at 573-888-0002 or 1-888-449-0949 and request that we take the necessary information to make a referral.
Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services will assign a case worker, who will contact you to evaluate you for services.
